 Great car photos with an IPad part 1

Car Photos:

Sleek curves, the gleaming paint jobs, the raw power under the hood, not to mention the amazing features and utility – it’s no wonder that so many folks are passionate about owning, driving, and, yes, photographing automobiles. 

One mistake people make when shooting cars is heading out during the middle of the day when the light is harsh, unflattering, and just all-around bad. It’s a surefire way to end up with poor automobile shots.

It’s best to take photos a few minutes after sunset or a few minutes before sunrise. Another option is to work on overcast days – the clouds do a good job of diffusing the light

Distraction Free

Background matters always keep it simple.

You must carefully control what is in the photo and what is reflected in the car. Reflections can spoil these design lines. So before you capture a single photo, have a look around you, then look closely at the car and see what reflects off its surface.

Jorge Garcia Artist Details

Jorge Garcia was born in 1951 in Buenos Aires. At the age of 11, he was bedridden for 40 days. Trying to distract himself and to feel positive, he started to paint pictures of Disney cartoons. An artist was borne. 

A couple years later, after his parents gave him an airplane kit, his drawing reflected his interest planes. 

Of course this wouldn’t be a good article for Classic Car News unless he eventually got interested in what we all love, Classic Cars. 

By the mid 60s, auto sport became very popular in Argentina and many people spent their weekends at the race track. Jorge and his brother also visiting the track very often to attend practice days. The noise of cars, their shape and sponsor’s advertisement attracted the Garcia brothers, so Jorge began to draw the cars which started his devotion to this sport.
